An evolving system...

Gambler's Help TrakCare (and the reports you can view in DeepSee) are evolving systems. Stimulus for change comes from:

• Feedback from agencies through the Reference Group, the  Data Forum and our regular training sessions
• Changes to processes initiated from OGR
• Ongoing upgrades to TrakCare by InterSystems putting improved and increased functionality at our disposal.

Current Release

We are currently operating on Release 11.01 (23/11/11). You can read the update notes here.

Next Release

Our next expected release will be R12.01, scheduled for May 2012. This will be a major upgrade encompassing significant improvements to both the ease of data recording for counsellors and to the quality and breadth of data recorded.

Super User training will be held on May 1 and May 2, 2012 at Saxon's. 

OGR will provide training for each agency but agencies will need to book the date required for this.  The following show training dates available.
